Lynn Reichert has worked with our main environmental attorney, Eric Gielow, for 27 years. She enjoys the challenge of each client’s project, the wide variety of environmental issues that the firm handles, and the problems that our team of Muskegon attorneys work hard to solve.
Prior to her work as Eric Gielow’s environmental paralegal, Lynn worked as an environmental consultant and vice president of a consulting firm in North Carolina where she provided a wide range of services, such as conducting environmental audits, developing and managing the company’s underground storage tank testing services, and developing and conducting environmental training seminars and courses both for the private sector as well as government agencies such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Prior to environmental consulting work, Lynn worked as a regulator in Southern California, serving as a Haz Mat Team first responder, conducting hazardous waste compliance inspections, conducting plan reviews and inspections for new underground storage tank installations and tank removals, and overseeing the investigation and cleanup of releases of hazardous substances and petroleum products.
Lynn received her Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology in 1984 from Andrews University and her Master of Public Health degree in Environmental Health from Loma Linda University in 1986.
