Experience

Whether devising a simple will or creating a trust with multiple beneficiaries and charitable recipients, Chuck focuses on the desires of his clients to develop a sound strategy that enables the client to achieve his or her estate planning goals.  Chuck also supports closely held businesses and small business clients, as these aspects are integral to a full estate plan for business owners.

With his extensive experience in leading various small and mid-sized businesses, Chuck draws on his real-world experience as a business leader and business owner to assist his clients in business matters. He applies his personal knowledge and lessons learned to his client’s needs. Chuck thoroughly enjoys analyzing his client’s goals and crafting solutions to meet those plans.

Before starting his legal career, Chuck spent nearly two decades in information technology, primarily designing and supporting mid-sized networks and users of those networks. Chuck retired as a Lieutenant Commander from the US Navy Reserve. Over his 23 years in service to our nation, Chuck supported three separate combatant commands performing various strategic and tactical roles.
