Tyler Beamish is a paralegal at GGTM, supporting nearly all of the firm’s attorneys on a wide range of legal matters. In addition to his role as a paralegal, he plays an active role in the firm’s marketing initiatives and manages client communications regarding regulatory updates.

Before joining GGTM, Tyler served for over ten years in the U.S. Air Force, deploying multiple times in support of operations around the globe. Throughout his service, he was awarded the Bronze Star, Purple Heart, and several other military medals and honors. While serving on active duty, Tyler graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, concentrating in Morality, Politics, and Law, and received a minor in English. In 2023, Tyler was selected as a fellow in the inaugural cohort of the Harvard Law School Future Leaders in Law program.

Tyler will be attending Notre Dame Law School as a member of the Class of 2028 and was selected to be a member of the Dean’s Initiative for Leadership and Scholarly Excellence. He plans to clerk for GGTM throughout his time in law school and ultimately hopes to return to the Western Michigan area as an attorney upon graduation.

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys volunteering his time as a coach with the Lakeshore Junior Lumberjacks hockey organization, as well as golfing, running, and playing men’s league hockey.
