Lindsay concentrates her practice in the area of estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law, Medicaid and long-term care planning.  She provides a real-life, comprehensive approach to developing an estate plan and helping protect her clients’ assets for their families and loved ones.

Experience

Lindsay has devoted to her practice to the care and protection of seniors and their families.  She works with many local organizations that promote education and care for seniors, such as Senior Resources, Age Well Services, Life Circles PACE, and MI Choice Waiver.  Lindsay regularly offers estate planning and long-term care presentations to local organizations, providing our community members with peace of mind while planning for their future.  With a passion for teaching, Lindsay also serves as an Adjunct Professor for Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, teaching Estate Planning and Elder Law.

  • Assists both modest and high net worth clients with estate planning and asset protection.
  • Assists business owners with estate planning and asset protection in coordination with business agreements and ownership rights.
  • Assists with post-death administration of both modest and high net worth trusts and estates.
  • Assists families with establishing trusts and appointment of guardianship/conservatorship for minor children.
  • Assists families in obtaining appointment of guardianship/conservatorship for loved ones needing protection.
  • Assists seniors and their families in applying for and receiving Medicaid for long-term care services.
