Gielow Groom Terpstra & McEvoy is pleased to announce the addition of associate attorney Sueann T. Mitchell as the newest member to join the GGTM team. She is welcomed by founding partners Eric Gielow, Brad Groom, Rachel Terpstra, and Keith McEvoy.

Sueann focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, elder law, probate matters, real estate, and business matters.  She obtained her undergraduate education at the University of Michigan and earned her J.D. at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating magna cum laude.

While completing her externship with Hon. David H. Sawyer, she honed her skills as a legal analyst and writer by assisting the court with drafting several Michigan Court of Appeals opinions.

Prior to practicing law, Sueann worked as a reporter for the Grand Haven Tribune and as a 9-1-1 dispatcher for nearly 10 years at Ottawa County Central Dispatch.

In addition to her professional experience, Sueann has actively volunteered to benefit her church, her children’s school and sporting activities, and her community.
