We are familiar with specialized forms of coverage (including state cleanup funds), and have successfully prosecuted numerous claims for underground storage tank coverage, as well as coverage for other types of releases and incidents.  We also help clients evaluate the best insurance coverage for their operations.

We have substantial experience in pursuing meritorious claims that have been initially denied by carriers and state cleanup funds. Success in this subject area requires a technical and legal background not found at most law firms. Our team evaluates and prepares claims, negotiates with carriers/fund managers and their legal counsel, and supervises the successful completion of insured and fund-accepted cleanups.

If you have been denied a claim or have coverage questions or would like to discuss the steps necessary to obtain coverage, please give us a call.
